Rococomo is a recruitment consultancy with a mission to work with agencies and brands that are ambitious to make great work and which look after their people.
On the agency side, the focus is on recruiting into account management, strategy and social/content teams; and on the brand side, roles span all aspects of brand, marketing, campaign and channel management - recruiting into established departments as well as working with start-ups and companies which are looking to build new teams from scratch.
Disciplines covered primarily involve ATL, Digital, Social, Content, CRM and innovation, and span all industry sectors, including Telco, Automotive, Broadcast, SVOD, Fashion, Beauty, FinTech, Lifestyle, Retail, FMCG, Alcohol and NFP.
Rococomo works collaboratively with several trusted recruitment partners in specialist areas, such as creative services and creative. This means that clients can tap into a broad network of candidates with niche skillsets, and candidates can benefit from access to a diverse range of briefs in different types of companies and disciplines.
Frances has over 15 years’ experience in recruitment, head-hunting, new business and coaching. She started her career at The Mellor Partnership, working on retained search for creative agencies and marketing companies - ATL, digital, DM, sales promotion and experiential - with a focus on account management and planning.
She spent a further seven years at Major Players, progressing to Managing Consultant, and recruiting across ATL, broadcast, social, content and digital. Her clients here included some of the world's most awarded creative agencies, and spanned start-ups, independents and global networks.
She later joined new business consultancy Rainmaker as a Client Partner, delivering new business strategy for companies specialising in research, integrated creative, internal comms, innovation, AI, design and build, programmatic and performance.
Returning to recruitment she established Rococomo in 2016. In complement to her role as a recruiter, Frances is a qualified coach (PG Cert, University of London 2020), with expertise at the intersection of personal, professional and career coaching.

Throughout her recruitment career, Frances has developed broad experience in career coaching and mentorship, and in helping candidates identify their career goals, transition between disciplines and plot stepping stones. She has also built relationships with hundreds of client organisations - from start-ups to global networks - and supported them in building teams and undertaking transformation pieces, gaining insight into the qualities and circumstances that contribute to success or failure. This passion for career development and fascination for the inner machinations of organizational culture inspired her to become qualified as a coach, gaining a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London (2019-20).

Frances offers both personal (“life”) and professional (“executive”) coaching, as well as career counselling - a combination of coaching and practical support, to help you make decisions about your career direction and implement a plan to get there.
